Subsequent notification

Use a subsequent notification to add employees to a previous first secondment notification. This can only be done in the time period indicated in the first notification.


Enter all employees in a SINGLE notification. Do not use individual subsequent notifications for each employee.


Important: The change notification must be kept available with the first notification at the location or by the person indicated in point 7 of the first notification.


Subsequent notifications are only possible in the secondment period indicated in point 5 of the first notification.

If this has already expired, an extension notification must be submitted. The extension must follow directly after the end date of the first notification.

If neither case applies, a new notification must be submitted.


Note: The subsequent notification refers to all of the data (principal, place of employment) indicated in the first notification.

A new notification must be submitted if the principal or place of employment changes.
