Cancellation of employees

Use this notification to cancel employees.

If cancellation applies to more than one employee, submit a SINGLE notification for all of the employees. Do not use individual notifications for each employee.


IMPORTANT: The change notification must be kept available with the first notification at the location or by the person indicated in point 7 of the first notification.


Note: A distinction needs to be made between early termination of an employee and a secondment not taking place. A cancellation must be submitted if a secondment does NOT take place.
