Indicate WHERE and from WHOM the notification and wage documents are available for inspection.
Dividing them between different locations is not possible or permitted.
Under § 21 para. 1 LSD-BG, the documents must, as a rule, ALWAYS be available for inspection at the workplace/deployment site (place of employment); they must be available from the contact person indicated in point 3 from the group of seconded employees;
Notwithstanding this general rule, § 21 para. 2 LSD-BG provides the options listed in the form for how the documents can be kept available.
Note: The information indicated here is BINDING and EXCLUSIVE – changes are not possible. The documents must be available at the location indicated from the person indicated. Non-compliance will be punished under administrative penal law.
Note: For subsequent extensions or subsequent notifications to an existing first notification, the notifications and associated documents must be kept available in accordance with the information indicated in the first notification.
That is, if the first notification indicates that the documents will be available at the place of employment, subsequent notifications and extensions must also be available there.
Hinweis: Bei nachträglichen Änderungsmeldungen zu einer bestehenden Erstmeldung, bezieht sich die Bereithaltung der Meldungen und zugehörigen Unterlagen auf die Angaben, welche in der Erstmeldung angegeben sind!
D.h. ist in der Erstmeldung ausgeführt, die Unterlagen werden am Beschäftigungsort bereitgehalten, so sind auch die Änderungsmeldungen an diesem bereitzuhalten.
