Note: Subsequent employee notifications (ZKO3-N) may only be made during this period.
If a secondment extends beyond the period indicated in the first notification, an extension (ZKO3-V) must be promptly and directly submitted, indicating the extension period.
Not permitted: Extending after an interruption of 1 month is not permitted. If a long interruption occurs, a new notification must be submitted.
A transaction number is needed for an extension or subsequent notification.
