Cancellation of employees

Use this notification to cancel an employee.

If cancellation applies to more than one employee, submit a SINGLE notification for all of the employees. Do not use individual notifications for each employee.

 

IMPORTANT: The change notification must be kept available with the first notification at the location or by the person indicated in point 4 of the first notification.

 

Note: A distinction needs to be made between early termination of an employee and employee provision not taking place. A cancellation must be submitted if employee provision does NOT take place.

 

Indicate the reason for the cancellation in point 5.20 Notes

For example, due to illness, termination, the employee will not be deployed, etc.
