Use an extension to extend the previous period that an employee or person similar to an employee is provided. The extension must directly follow the first notification, must be submitted before the “expected end date” indicated in the first notification and refers exclusively to the information in the first notification. The extension must be submitted in timely fashion.
IMPORTANT: The change notification must be kept available with the first notification at the location or by the person indicated in point 4 of the first notification.
Enter all employees in a SINGLE notification. Do NOT use individual notifications for each employee. The extension period must be indicated.
A new notification must be submitted if the domestic employer (principal) and/or place of employment changes.
