This change notification completely cancels an employee provision notification with all of its employees.
Do NOT use to cancel an extension or subsequent notification.
Note: The notification is no longer valid after a cancellation has been submitted.
Indicate the reason for the cancellation in the notes.
For example, the employee provision/contract did not take place or was withdrawn, an employee provision is being postponed to a significantly later time, employee is sick
Note: If more than one employee was provided and only one employee is to be cancelled, use a Cancellation of employees notification.

Use the “Cancellation of employees or persons similar to employees” notification to cancel employee extensions/subsequent notifications.
