Person entrusted by the employer with external representation

Indicate the person with criminal responsibility for the company.

 

Note: The responsibility to comply with this law CAN be transferred to an appropriate person by means of a written appointment that appoints the person as the responsible representative in accordance with § 24 para. 1 no. 1 of the Austrian Act to Fight Wage and Social Dumping (Lohn- und Sozialdumpingbekämpfungsgesetz – LSD-BG). This appointment must be submitted electronically on Form ZKO1-A with a signed declaration of consent on form ZKO1-Z.

The appointment does not take effect until received by the Austrian Central Coordination Office (Zentrale Koordinationsstelle).
