When mobile employees (drivers) are seconded in the transport area (goods and passenger transport), the (seconded) driver of a motor vehicle is the contact person, unless a person licensed in Austria and professionally authorised to act as a representative is reported as the contact person.
In the case of a means of transport other than a motor vehicle (e.g. ship), in accordance with § 19 para. 3 no. 3 LSD-BG the contact person named must be one of the group of seconded employees or, similarly in accordance with § 21 para. 2 no. 4 LSD-BG, a person licensed in Austria and professionally authorised to act as a representative.
