Every change to a previous notification must be reported without delay, i.e. promptly on the day of the change and only in justifiable exceptional situations on the next working day. “Subsequent notification” and “extension” change notifications must always be submitted in timely fashion BEFORE work starts and, for mobile employees in the transport sector, BEFORE entry into federal territory.
A combination of the available options may not be chosen.
Multiple changes must be prepared one after another.
Select the appropriate type from the following list.
Example: If you have to replace employees, first prepare an employee cancellation notification using type e) and then a subsequent notification of employees using type a).
Note: A new notification is always necessary if the employee provision situation changes compared to the first notification. A change in one point (e.g. employer (Beschäftiger)/principal, location, work performed, period) is sufficient for a new notification.
Important: All change notifications must be kept available with the first notification by the employer at the place of employment/deployment, or at the location/by the person indicated in point 4 of the first notification.
Due to entry into effect on 01/01/2017 of the Austrian Act to Fight Wage and Social Dumping (LSD-BG) and the requirement under § 19 para. 4 no. 7 LSD-BG for a declaration of readiness to keep the notification and wage documents available, subsequent notifications and extensions are not possible for employee provision notifications that were submitted before 01/01/2017.
A new notification must be submitted instead of a subsequent notification or extension.
